Although the Polaris RZR 1000 has an excellent multi-link suspension design, there is a weakness. The stock steel radius rods are heavy and bend relatively easy. The BAC Carbon Fiber Radius Rods on the Polaris RZR 1000 rear suspension are 3x stronger than the stock steel resulting in a much more heavy duty, rugged suspension system at only a small fraction of the weight. This revolutionary BAC RZR carbon fiber radius rod design is based on our highly successful sprint car torque tube program.
