Gen 3 Portals Are Geared for All SuperATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger XP 570 is designed to give you options and let you ride the way you want. No two riders are the same, and that’s why we let you pick what kind of portals works best for you. Choose from cast or billet aluminum housings, and then pick your gear reduction. A 30% gear reduction is perfect if you’re looking to maximize your power, while a 15% gear reduction is great for riders who love tearing up the trails. Either way, you can’t go wrong. GDP—the Most Trusted Name in Portals No matter which portals you choose, if they’ve got the name GDP stamped on them, you’ve made the best choice. More off-road enthusiasts ride on GDP portals than any other brand, and there’s a reason for that. Our in-house experts have developed portal gear lifts that are more trusted and proven than anything else on the market, and we can’t wait for you to see their strength for yourself. Perfect for Mud Mudding will never be the same after you’ve installed a set of GDP portals on your machine. The deeper you go, the more you’ll realize how much torque our portals really give you. And that extra ground clearance, on top of being able to run bigger tires, will make getting swamped a thing of the past. A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain Portal gear lifts put the gear reduction right in the hub, meaning your drivetrain isn’t put under a bunch of unnecessary stress. This means your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission are safe from early wear and tear. You’ll be able to ride harder and longer, and your machine’s most vital parts will thank us. Learn more about how tire size and gear reduction can unleash your machine’s potential. Unmatched Gear Material GDP portals utilize the most premium, top-of-the-line gears available. The 9310 alloy steel ensures dependability and reliability, and the precision grinding ensures that the gears mate perfectly each and every time. So what does this mean for you? It means you get a smooth, quiet ride, even when you’re pushing your machine to its limits. Stronger Housings by Design Try as you might, you won’t find housings stronger than what we use on our GDP portals. Our housings are smarter, stronger, and more reliable by design. So whether you choose cast or USA-made and CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum, you’re getting housings that offer unmatched strength and dependability. We’ve got the experience and the riders on the trail to back it up.
  • Our housings are reinforced in all the right places
  • They’re built with better oil flow and gearing forces in mind
  • There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them
The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can Get The advanced steel alloy we use for our portal backing plates is even stronger than chromoly. It’s specialized for ultra-high force applications, so you know it’s tough enough to keep up with you. And at 5/16” thick, you can bet these backing plates will outlast anything else on your machine—even your machine itself. We don’t cut corners when it comes to our backing plates because you deserve nothing but the best. Advanced Gaskets and Seals Whether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:
  • Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets
  • A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
Bearings That Rock Bearings can make or break your ride. Luckily, if you’re running GDP portals, bearings aren’t something you need to worry about. We use roller bearings to hold the idler gear because we don’t compromise when it comes to strength. Our output bearing is a double-angular contact bearing that can handle huge loads in any direction without showing wear. So when we say these bearings are built to last, believe it. You can bet they’re strong enough to deal with whatever you may put them through. Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors Get the braking power you need, when you need it, with our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors. They’re designed to give you a smooth and cool ride every time. And about those universal hubs—those are for your convenience. You’ll be able to run just about any UTV wheel in the world with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs. We also invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to. It gives you a more secure lock that’s guaranteed to not wobble or wear over time. Top-Rated Customer Service Still need a little help getting exactly what you need?
